something inside of my conch shell

so about a month or 2 ago i had a huge alkalinity spike that killed off all of my inverts and more or less my corals as well; or atleast cause the LPS to recede and yet to come out. anyways my conch shell had not buried itself at all like it normally did since the alkalinity swing, and once i saw what was inside of the shell today i have no idea what it is or how it got into there, i havent added a single thing to my tank until today.

It put itself back but I haven't seen his lil sucker thing in a long time and that's why I didn't think it was the conch.
