Something might be wrong with my new alveopora?

So i bought yesterday a new alveopora for my nano tank and this morning i saw worm like tentacle sticking out on the side should i worry i cant find anything solid with google would be great if someone has knowledge on that

I do see the tentacles but the pic is blurry I can’t ID them

If you have a coral dip like coral rx, revive, lugols, you could dip per instructions to kill off any pest like critter. It might be a plant based algae or something else

I would start with a dip

Also, that whole area has skeleton indicating the coral has died over all those polyps on the right side bottom. This sometimes happens from fragging and then some die and the rest of the coral survives, but it won’t regrow over that area. I would monitor that area to watch for any more receding

I do have a coral dip from fauna marine that is iodine based i sadly wasnt able to make a less blurry picture i will try another dip when i am back home , i havent seen the skeleton of the coral in the shop obvs it was turned like that so people who buy them cant see that T.T would have picked another one instead

Sometime this help to get better pic

Increase white lighting a bit more. Cameras can focus better when things are illuminated better. Makes it easier for it to lock on small details

Sometimes it’s better to move camera back a few inches then zoom more.

Start off fully zoomed out. Bring camera close to the coral. Click on the coral to force focus on it. If blurry, slowly back up a inch or two. Then wherever you get good focus on screen, zoom in and it should stay in focus.

Take pic and see how it comes out :)

Thank you i will try making a new picture when i am back home ! The aquarium lights are not on in the picture just my normal livingroom lights i will deffo try to get a better picture if my samsung lets me hahah

Those look like Montipora eating Nudibrachs, which does not really make sense. However it probably is a coral eating type of Nudibrach, could also be Sacrophyton eating Nudibrachs. I would definitely have a words with the vendor or person that sold it to you.

Apperantly these are called Tenellia sp.02 ... hope i got rid of them with the dip....

I cant scrape the eggs with the tooth brush away you got maybe a idea ^^"?

You would have to dip weekly or twice a week. For 8-10 weeks. So any that hatch are killed before they can make new eggs…

I would honestly return it and have a upset talk with the supplier

I think i was able to get off most of the eggs havent checked the second alveopora yet for nudis... ugh first time i am having such problems with this vendor i have a 3rd alveo in my main tank and its fine so idk these two where not cheap would suck if i lose them to some nudis

I would use a gel cyanoacrylate glue and fill in all that space underneath and coat the dead skeleton with a layer.
