This shure has been a crappy week for me. First my pc crashed, thank goddness for backup laptops. My hubby is still trying to figure out what is up with it. He is a computer network engineer, so he will be able to fix it now that the weekend is here.

Today is my turn to host our local reef club meeting. So as I am cleaning the house I noticed that the rug is wet around my 55 gallon. Yeap it is leaking. I was able to drain it down enough to make it stop for now. After the meeting we will have to drain it completely down, empty it out and reseal it. This tank was added into my system to be my zoanthids and paly only tank. It was up just shy of 2 months before this happened. I now know that we should of resealed it before setting it up. This tank was sitting around for awhile before being set up, about 5 years. I don't have that much experience with tanks. My display was new when I set it up a year and a half ago. Sorry I just had to fuss.

Tank Leak

Venting is good. It's always good to let everybody in the community know. For those of us that have had the same experiance, we understand. For those out there who this hasn't happened to, it shows them it can happen to anybody. Good Luck with your reseal and your compt. problems. I have one down right now. Just dont know who to go to to try and fix it. Don't know who to trust. Without getting ripped off. Keep on reefin, David Sr.:banghead:

Thank you. Things are calming down. The meeting went great. Hubby decided to just get me a new reef ready 55 gallon tank. He is out now getting it for me. Thank goodness for birthdays, mine is next Friday.
