Spirorbid Worms growing on palythoa? Is this normal or harmful?

IT looks like I have Spirorbid Worms growing on my palythoa. Is this normal ? Should I be concerned?

I did not know that spirobid worms could grow on soft flesh.

Also, that's a Zoanthus, not a Palythoa. Palythoa have a rough/sandy mesoglea, capitulary ridges, and thinner, tapering tentacles.
