I picked up a used h150p. It is a great light. Seems like right size for me. It is still listed on the website but discontinued according to the stores. Anyone know why they discontinued them? The h80 was a little small.

It looks like they were simply upgraded to the most recent H150 version that includes more spectrum ranges than just purple/magenta.

Technically the 150 has been discontinued. So it's highly unlikly.

I do believe the new product team is working on bringing in the general purpose H150 as it's very close to the same spectrum we recommend for the H80/H380/H1200

Got an email from kessil. The h150p is done. They still have some blue and red but not the purple that we want. They did not mention a tunable h150 like the h80 but if they did those would be sweet. The h150p I got used is just right for my tank.

Yep, I just spoke with Zack and saw his notes for the H150p as well. I don't see anything on our internal boards about the H350 yet. It would be awesome if we could get something that has a bit more oomph but could also be dialed back in intensity!
