So I originally thought that I just had some sand blow on to my Duncan frag, however I can not get these spots off, I could try using a piece of airline tubing to suck off the small objects, but I just don't know what it is, I attached a picture, I might just be paranoid but, any help is appreciated.

If the coral is otherwise healthy, expanding daily, maintaining coloration but I would just leave it be. It could be new growth or mesenterial filaments (although I have never seen this with my Duncans).
