Sprout on back of toadstool leather?

Leather has been closed for past 2 days and I noticed this bulbish “sprout” protruding from the back of the leather. Is this anything to be concerned about?

"babies" usually bud off around the base but they can inch off from the edge or, as it looks like what you're seeing, bud off anywhere on the stalk. I would leave it until it's a lot larger but you can clip it whenever and try to get it to attach to a frag plug or rock.
