Well sad news. Came home from work yesterday and lost my homewrecker acrO FRAG, WD, Optimus prime and a couple other SPS

At this point I don’t know what’s going on. I ordered a ATI ICP test comes in next Wednesday. I’m starting to suspect that it’s maybe my RODI? My handheld meter says 0.....

maybe my tank had some type of pollutant. I do run carbon...

i had similar issues when i first started my tank. put sps in around 4 months. looked great for some time. added more corals, everything went downhill. i suspect it has to do with your nutrient and alkalinity balance. that low of nutrients - your alk should be at 8dkh at the most. you also started messing around with your lights. so much changed happened to a relatively new tank. sorry man.

Tank is a lot better. I ended up putting all my surviving corals in someone's elses tank and did a 100% waterchange and removed some sand and fixed the aquascape and removed some sand.

Not sure what the issue was... I did set a light setting I was happy with and I haven't touched it since then. Everything is back to normal and happy and growing. I dont know what causes my crash but by doing the 100% WC I did notice everything changed after that
