SPS growing too close?

Hello everyone, I have a red montipora that is growing fast and is about to touch an acropora. Would it be ok? Should I move the acro? Also how close can you put SPS corals together? Thanks y'all's!

Move it or clip the branch thats about to touch the acro.

I let mine grow together and fight it out.

It'll be okay in the sense that one will win over the other.

It's your choice; you can keep things cut so they don't touch, or you can let them fight and let the stronger coral take more space.

it happens in nature...so i often let it happen in my tank

I'm of the school of thought of keeping it as close to nature as possible. So I would let them duke it out personally.
