Is there any beginer SPS, any that aren't to hard to keep??

Most Montipora capricornis are pretty easy. I tend to think of Pavona maldivensis as an SPS and in my experience it's nearly as tough as many LPS.

Routine water changes and you can grow a Reef Raft Wolverine.

I do a water change once a week that enough

As lowEzakar said patience is the key keep everything stable, water changes, good flow and u can keep almost anything. Do quarantine your new frags or at least dip dip dip so you don't introduce any AEFW into the tank cause its a big headache to get rid of them. Best of luck
