Most Montipora capricornis are pretty easy. I tend to think of Pavona maldivensis as an SPS and in my experience it's nearly as tough as many LPS.

As lowEzakar said patience is the key keep everything stable, water changes, good flow and u can keep almost anything. Do quarantine your new frags or at least dip dip dip so you don't introduce any AEFW into the tank cause its a big headache to get rid of them. Best of luck
