Stand lift-off panel mounting brackets

@samparker here are a couple of rough drawings of how I'm thinking to mount my lift off panels. Sorry they're so rough. Got called in to work. Hopefully you can get some ideas from this. I'm thinking to use coloured acrylic for the panels as it will create a modern look and water spills won't damage them. I'm thinking they need to be thick to drill and screw into. And also to prevent warping.

Have you given any thought to using magnets to hold them on? In my canopy, I fitted magnets in the doors and the striker plates on the canopy frame. My doors are timber, so I was able to recess the magnets in the door, but if you used acrylic or Perspex you might be able to direct fix.

if I had my time again, I would have used magnets on my bottom cabinet doors instead of the hinges I did use.

Yes, thanks for the idea. Have thought of that before. This design addresses any sliding from magnets and also avoids corrosion issues.
