What is wrong with my starfish? Have it one day. When I touch it, it curls little bit.

Hi. Idk what ur experience is w these inverts or tank parameters but they can b difficult depending on species and initial health of the animal. Also they should not b handled physically or removed from water. Best
Practice.

How old is the tank?

Parameters?

Not sure how it went so downhill in a day but starfish are notoriously hard to keep long term in aquaria.

What are you feeding the sea star? Could it be starving to death?

Looks thin and unhealthy straight from the bag. If you haven't already touched base with the seller I would. Hopefully they have a good d.o.a policy. These do not usually survive long term in a tank. Arriving in poor condition is only going to be worse.
Fromia basically exist on biofilms. Most don't live a full life in an aquarium and wither away with in a couple years at most.
