So, far....
it has some dry rock, dry sand, and 2 (bonded) clownfish!
More rock needs to be added, but for now, it’ll work....
I also just got an aqua knight hingepro that I LOVE!

Wow, I haven’t updated this thread in a while...
Sadly, the smaller clown (who I assume wasn’t weaned off live food) died because he wouldn’t eat anything.
The larger clown is still doing great. Alas, I’ve been dealing with lots of algae but it’s all still going...

My first reef was also 10g.

For a few months everything was covered in green hair algae in a thick green 1" long mat.

Eventually I got parameters under control, manually removed all the GHA and it didn't come back.

Any updated pictures? With dry rock you will have algae issues

Updated Photos:
Algae is bad and I’m not exactly sure what to do other than manual removal... but otherwise the tank is looking good!

Sadly, my clownfish passed this week. The tank is going to be transformed into a sump for a 30 gallon reef.

Thanks! Losses happen. I think the filter came unplugged and I didn’t notice . If I win the tank on the giveaway forum... it may be a 70 gallon reef!!! ( all though, my odds are at half a percent...)
