Subbed to see how you also intend to install a hydros or apex controller to it, and i think a trident test would end up taking 1/4 of the tank water vol.

I did a partial water change a few days ago. I used a turkey baster! LOL! It was easy peasy! I'll have to take pics of the process next time!
