I sent a payment through Paypal at 11:47am today for the 3 kessil a360w lights. Sent confirmation from paypal to seller. Was waiting for paypal to notify the seller. After 30 minutes the seller said that his wife changed his wife into selling the lights and backed out.
Most likely the lights were sold to another buyer.
I had to cancel the Paypal payment that was sent.
Bad seller.
