Parents are supposed recognize and support their child's hobbies. Reefers are absolutely fantastic people. Any parent should be thrilled their child is enjoying such a great hobby.

We have been encouraging him for so long, but we have also been encouraging him with fencing for longer, if something is taking over his life, then how can he focus on the others? It isn't going to be permanent.

It just seems like such a silly hill to die on. There's so many other real life problems. I would be beyond thrilled if my child were so passionate about this hobby. I have always had tanks my entire life, as long as I can remember. I went to private boarding schools and my tanks went with. I went away to college and my tanks went with.

Honestly it's hard to take this whole thing seriously. I can't imagine a parent being so intrusive over this. To create a profile takes it to a whole new level.
