Stocking ideas, fish, cuc, and coral

I currently have two clown fish in here and a decently sized cleanup crew, but I’m looking to add some more life to the aquarium. I just recently cleaned everything and I’m dealing with an algae issue. I was wondering what you guys think I could do regarding adding Fish and maybe an invertebra also with suggestions for Coral here is the current set up I have. I like soft corals, zoas and easy to keep low maintenance coral.

The tank is the 13.5 fuval starter, I want to add something to sift the sand, but I think I will have too much fish in here. I do have a protein skimmer to help with waste and a big cleanup crew so that helps.

I like Hector's or Rainford Gobies for smaller tanks to help with algae and help with some sand sifting.

I like Springeri Damsels in smaller tanks for some critter control. 13.5 might be too small for a Springeri though.

There's a decent variety of Gobies and Blennies that are good for smaller tanks.

Hector's and Rainford stay smallish.
Clown Gobies - I think the Citron gets the biggest.
Green Stripe Gobies are cute and can be kept in small groups.
Neon Cleaner gobies stay small.
Yellow Watchman Goby or most Prawn/Shrimp gobies work in small tanks.

What do you want?

Acropora can be a little more demanding but won't outgrow your tank.
Montipora are great and easy but will likely need frequent trimming.
Favias/favites are nice encrusting corals.
Styloconiella come in neat colors and encrust as well.
Softies - Zoas and Mushrooms can work well but can start to overrun your tank so be ready to frag as needed.

For corals there's a ton of options if you're prepared to dose as needed and frag as needed.

I want stuff that grows fast, I like zoas, mushrooms. I have little rock space left so stuff for the sand bed is perferd

Look into Fungia plate or Bowerbanki or Favias.

They don't necessarily grow fast but they're easy for sand beds.

A bicolor blenny would work. They're small and have a ton of personality.
