Hello, I currently have a 75 gallon mixed reef. I have 2 clowns, a dwarf coral beauty, a orchid dotty back, 3 fire fish and a smaller chocolate tang that I plan on returning to the lfs when he out grows the tank. Or possibly upgrade to a bigger tank if I can get the wife on board.

My question is are there any more fish I could add to get some more movement in the tank? I don’t want to over stock but would also like some more fish swimming around. I am planning on getting a mandarin fish once I get my copepod population up in my fuge.

Yes, you could probably add 3-4 more smaller fish. If you're looking for swimmers, an azure damsel, a few chromis or even some lyretail anthias could work. These are all active swimmers and will be out and about constantly.
