The tomini and goby may hate eachother.
The melanurus is going to get pretty big. Cardinals look really cool but are super boring, they are not very active fish. Other than that you should be good.

I agree on the boring part but I can’t really explain it but I kinda like how relaxed they are while every other fish is zooming around the tank 😂.

Would u say I’d have a similar problem with the yellow coris wrasse?

If you like them, go for it. Cardinals will be fine with those other fish. If you do though i would recommend a trio though.

a yellow will get big too. I would consider not getting the angel if you do either of the larger wrasses (or if you want to keep coral).

Ok I’ll find a replacement for the melanurus bc my favorite fish in the hobby is dwarf angels and trust me ik lol i pretty much just have euphyllia and softies bc im too nervous to add others bc of the angel. I’m a coral guy but for some reason i still choose the angel over open brain corals haven’t tested montis yet but ima try in the new tank.

Once you get stuff going and everyone establishes a rythem you will be better able to decide if you can fit the bigger wrasse. Angels are awesome, wish i could, but i like my sps too much. Sounds like you have it thought out, next step is to make it a reality!
