Unusual necrosis pattern there. Has that piece been in your tank a while?
Are you hitting zeros from Hanna on PO4? Nitrates?

What is your fish feeding routine? Type & amount. And tank volume?

Do you have any necrosis down lower around the base? Would be nice to rule out flatworms (AEFW) if we can.

As you feed that often, I am not overly concerned with low residual nutrients then. Unless the fish are small, they are producing enough ammonia to feed the SPS.

Got any dwarf angels? My coral beauty nips.

I don't think ozone could cause this? I also bubble scrub and I'm slowly raising alk..

Low PO4 will do this. One paper I read suggested that low nitrate is better tolerated than low phosphate in aquaria.

ok thanks, im trying to slowly bring the nutrients up.
