Strange behavior

Two different images. First up, a green striped mushroom who decided to "stand up" the other day. I've actually seen her do this a couple of times now.

Second is a ricordea who frequently "stands up" to form a more three dimensional shape.

Anyone else see this kind of behavior? This seems to be normal for these corals in my tank (they are both doing well, based on the fact that they're growing).

What's the flow rate in your DT? Mushrooms almost look like they are lifting off their rockwork.

I just had a mushroom "take off" when I accidently moved a return nozzle the wrong way, lol. All ended well - he landed pretty close to where I wanted him anyway.

Hmmm... I'll have to check the flow, I thought they were in a low flow area but I did move some stuff around and maybe the flow is ricocheting off something. thanks
