Think it anything harmful? I've noticed it on the underside of my other rocks as well doesn't seem to be growing in the light very much just underneath rocks

Nothing harmful, just sponges. You never see it until you move some rocks around, it's always on the underside of the rocks.

I have had that same type of yellow sponge creep up on a few of my frags and harm them. I lost a nice rainbow acan that way. It's best to keep corals away from it.
