Take a look at this guys? Flesh turning a little white....
I bought this piece as a wild caught colony...

All Tank parameters are solid... Alk is 8.2 steady for weeks...

Look like STN? An Acro can just loose its color under stress correct?? Then color back up?
 
Here is photo with flash showing discoloration, growth or tissue loss?

Mine was bought as a wild and I put it up very high and blast it with flow. Possibly not getting enough light ?
 
Is it getting more or less light in that spot? How long have you had it
 
Just checked Par, 260-270 at that spot and 300 towards the top of acro .... Its new... 2-3 days....

That branch and the one above it look suspect. If they are still having issues, then I would frag them off.

I would take a frag or two from a healthy place as a backup - this is my standard procedure on a wild colony.
