Stringy white stuff ID

Hello i have these stringy white things in the back of my overflow box and in the sump on my drain pipes just dangling around. Can anybody id them? I removed them last week with the water change and here they are again...

Yup, I had a similar issue. Read this and the fix for it. The fix works wonders and will clear it up. You might also have to lower the dosage.
