Struggling torch

Any ideas on saving this guy. Rest of tank is doing great but this torch has been slowly dying over the last couple of months. Any help greatly appreciated!

Have you checked your parameters? Calcium and alk

All parameters would be helpful along with tank age, as it looks pretty new from the pic. What is going on with the frag just behind and to the right of the torch?
