Stuck swimming up?

Just got a new pair of clowns, one has the normal wiggly up and down swimming pattern, the other has the weird "constantly trying to swim up to stay buoyant" thing. Clown in question is a storm, and I tend to notice this in storms pretty frequently. I know it's not necessarily harmful and that there's not really anything wrong with the fish other than that, but I was mainly just wondering:
1. What is it?
2. Will it go away overtime?

Please send a video - it may relate to swim bladder issues since shipping. However, since you know its not harmful necessarily, and nothing is wrong with either fish - I don't have a better answer than swim bladder - or intraabdominal air due to transport (unless the fish was not air-shipped)

I think this checks out since they just arrived today. The buoyancy seems to be getting a bit better as well, like he doesn't immediately sink if he stops swimming but he also still insists on swimming up. Other clown at the end for comparison

Ignore the scape of the tank. Waiting on live rock. Friend is giving me 50 lbs from a tank he's taking down. Filter is cycled and fish are fine. Wrasse in the back sitting down cuz I turned the wavemaker off to get a more accurate video.

I think this checks out since they just arrived today. The buoyancy seems to be getting a bit better as well, like he doesn't immediately sink if he stops swimming but he also still insists on swimming up. Other clown at the end for comparison

I think you are treading on thin ground - I would never ever add new rock with new fish - however, thats you're plan - all good.l. I cant see the video - so unfortunately can't comment more directly - my recommendation do one thing - see what happens - adding new rock and fish ad etc etc - is probably not going to be the best idea - though - may be successful

I can't see the video either. It works best if you upload to YouTube then paste the link here. It does sound like your working backwards by adding fish before rock. Not sure what you mean by the filter is cycled since live rock is the biological filter in saltwater tanks.

I think you are treading on thin ground - I would never ever add new rock with new fish - however, thats you're plan - all good.l. Since your friend is giving you rock from a tank - by definition, thats 'live rock' (even if it started out as 'dry') - unless the only thing he ever put in that tank was that rock.

Yes I'm aware, however I have additionally just been made aware of the concept of "live rock die off" so I see what you mean now

Update: it has corrected itself so I think it was from shipping he is back to the bouncy/wiggly swimming
