Suggestion for Hanging

I am soon going to replace my metal halides with the new Orphek Nilus 24" LED unit. However my wife is not pleased with my original plan to hang fixture from the ceiling. I would love to hear different opinions on how one would hang above my 55g reef tank. If you are not familiar with the unit take a look at 24 Inch Orphek Power Reef PR156 LED Light Fixture. Nilus is the newest version that has a dimmer. It is 24" long and my tank is 36" long. Love to hear your creativity.

Conduit is probably the best looking / cheapest way of hanging.

I have an AI system which I had originally hung from the ceiling. In the new house I purchased 3 shelving brackets with a hooked end and used a wood rod which I drilled through. Cheap and clean, also added a shelf over the tank.

I've tried conduit with a 3' t5 fuxture and the 3/4" conduit was still really bendy. If you can do 1" that's what you should do.... good ceiling anchors are about $8 though and only take 5 min
