A suggestion would be to change fish breeding forum to just breeding because people are not just breeding fish anymore, they are breeding shrimp, snails, urchins etc.

Or better yet make a section for breeding/propagation and move fish breeding and coral propagation there as sub forums and create a new sub forum for inverts.

With all the bans fish and invert propagation is going to become more important and is needed.

So nothing .. Too bad I was going to start a aquaculture system in my basement but aimed more at research and moving the hobby forward in this department..
I was going to focus more in things like snails, star fish, urchins, worms, sponges shrimp, copepods, algae etc. and not as much on corals and fish. There will be some fish and corals but that will not be the main focus. There really is no where to put this stuff.

With all the bans there should be more focus on breeding fish, inverts and propagating corals.. I think this is going to be come a more popular subject moving forward..

Yes or no?

I take it is no or just no one has read it.

I still like a separate section for breeding and propagation and having a sub forums for coral, fish and inverts.

I want to start a thread and close down my other thread because it belongs no where and has changed so much

I am building a large aquaculture system but it is for inverts mainly. It does not fit under coral or fish since it is a smaller part of what I am doing.

I don't think that it's necessarily a no. I think the staff has been pretty busy with planned software upgrades and I don't think there has been a lot of spare time.

Personally, I would just post your threads in the fish breeding section. If and when specific breeding sections for inverts come up, you can always request your threads be moved to the appropriate subforum.

Is there a way to rename the thread for now and leave it where it is?
I changed the whole plan from coral propagation to invert/fish/coral aquaculture and propagation system.
I decided to move away from coral propagation because so many are doing it to some harder stuff.
I have decided to focus more on shrimp, snails, anemones, urchins, starfish, algae, copepods, sponges etc. But I am still doing some coral and fish.
This is going to be a very large system. 20+ tanks in the first phase.
