Sump equipment

Hello, I’m looking to buy a skimmer and a Refugium light for my sump. I have a 60 gallon display tank and a 20 gallon sump.

For the skimmer, I’m looking at the reef octopus 150sss classic or the icecap k-1 100. Which should I get?

As for the refugium light, I’m looking at the cfgrow 100w light on Amazon. https://a.co/d/g8AGmmn
Is this a good choice? My refugium size will only be 9.5"x 11.5"x 9".

Any other recommendations are also welcome!

Go Reef Octopus for sure. I have that same light (name is different but same light) over my fuge, it is prob 10x18x10. It grows cheato and calurpa just fine. i have it hung prob 12 inches off the water.

Is the footprint in the skimmer section large enough to get the reef octopus non SSS version? I’ve had reef octopus in most of my tanks, both regular and SSS versions and love how well they work, but the one thing I didn’t like about the SSS version was how much of a pain it was to clean the pump.
