Sump pump

I’m in the process of building a 10 gallon (well 7-8 g in a 10 g tank) under my 50 gallon tank. Wondering what gph for the return pump would you suggest? Thank you.

3-6x your tank volume. If possible, running 2 smaller pumps that add up to the desired GPH would be good.

I think most people recommend at least 10x turnover, so I'd go with something in the neighborhood of 500gph
