Super Sized NANO

I have always been into the smaller aquariums, but my 33 just wasn't working for me so I am moving it to something bigger. Feel free to follow along , lurk , participate , etc. Stand & Cap were built by myself , they aren't as nice as some but it gets the job done. I started the Dr. Tim's fishless cycle today which has worked very well for me in the past, so hopefully it will go quickly again.
Tank - 48x20x21 deep sea
Sump / Fuge - 40 breeder (17.5g fuge area)
Return - QuietOne 3000
Lighting - LED / T5 combo (coming soon)
Flow - MP40es
Skimmer - SC ???? (will find out )
Controller - RKE w/ NET
2x's BRS dosers 1.1ml
2x's BRS reactors carbon/gfo
RO/DI - spectrapure 90gpd

Transfer is pretty much complete .

Still working on the lighting, so it is a single 250w 20k MH at the moment , the fuge light holder is also still under construction. The contents of the old fuge still need to be moved over, but all other livestock has been moved.

Ok peoples, I need some help.

Everything from the 33 is transferred EXCEPT for my Hi-Fin goby & pistol shrimps. They have buried themselves in the sand and I can find them. I hear them , but no luck scooping them out. I am planning on sifting the sand to find them , but I'm not sure on what to use.

Give me some ideas please.

Can you lure them out with food? Then just scoop them with a net.
