it was great at the end.....but otherwise quite boring.

the commercials were even more boring. super bowl commercials seem to be getting lamer every year for the past 5 years or so. i guess no one is brave enough to do something original anymore b/c they are afraid of getting fined by the FCC.

a little bit disappointed with the Pats.. 19-0 would've been a great accomplishment... but man, the Giants deserved to win that game though.. they played awesome defense and their offense pulled through... great game overall... :)

now, the commercials... pretty lame as Al stated... and they are getting more and more boring.. $2.7 million per 30 sec.. man, what a waste... we were looking at last years commercials last year and we got a good laugh at the Snickers commercial w/ the two mechanics... look it up.. pretty funny... :)

Boring, yet suspenseful. Most Super Bowls, you know who is going to win in the 2nd quarter. I think the combination of the 19-0/18-1 plus the 4th quarter made it the most exciting Super Bowl ever for me.

Bel should have gone for the field goal... that will haunt him.

They had the game and could not sack Eli when they had him, game would have been over.

Yea they should have went for that field goal but I think B's arrogance got to far ahead of him. If they would have put up that three there might have been overtime and Pats could have won......I even said to my buddy watching the game that that call would come back to haunt them. In the Superbowl you never give up the chance to put points on the board.....

You are so right, everyone here said the same.. whether it was Brady or Bel someone thought they could do better and I think that was or will be the thorn in the game for years to come.

The difference would have only been if he completed... and Brady was not having a good day with his offense letting the Giants in more that he wanted. But this is why we are armchair quarter backs.. you would have to be there to see what the heck they were thinking.

Have to say we were enjoying the entire game. Got to see the first quarterback from my alma mater win a Super Bowl:). I'm a Phins fan above all, so down with the Pats anyway, but never been a fan of Brady (yes, because's he's good-but he's also sooo cocky). Got to enjoy that one for multiple reasons;). He didn't seem to have a fire in his eyes last night. Their defense kicked some butt, but the offense never fired. This is the first big sporting event to go the way I wanted it to go in years...

Just as a correction, there is a 7 yard difference in field position. The Giants would take over from the spot of the kick on a missed FG. Your point is still valid though in that 7 yards one way or another makes little difference in the field position area. I could understand it if it was windy or cold or something, but this was in ideal conditions....if you don't have a kicker that can hit a 48 yard FG, then you need a new kicker.
