I'm not currently using the Nicrew. I have a ReefBreeders Nano on this tank, and the one the NiCrew was on, now has a SmatFarm 95w that's really awesome.
Does your tank have a rim? It is hard to find a clip-on that works with a rim.

Both this tank and my 20g are AIO tanks, are rimless, and I have the lights mounted to the back of the return chamber.

My shipment from @RiptideAquaculture came last week!!
Definitely going to have all my coral shipped to work from now on! Made that so much easier, no coral waiting outside!!

Stopped in to my LFS yesterday with an idea of what I was there for, and very happy with the outcome!

Meet the newest member in my work tank, Jonathan the Citron goby.
It's perfect! See that cute little grumpy face?
Yep, that's just like the other nurse I work with.

And what are the odds of me running into @BroccoliFarmer and we were both there for some fancy little crabbies!
This one had such perfect little fluffy pom poms and immediately hid under one of my RFAs once in there.

I have a nice little zoa garden coming along on the bottom right, RFA garden on the right! Next I think maybe some stylos or montis, up on the top? Maybe a cristata or two on that plateau? We'll see!
Wish I could find the par measurements of this light! @Reef Breeders??

Waaay past due for updates!!
First, let me start by saying I'm resigning from my position at the Oncology practice. Lots of reasons, none I'd like to share publicly. It's a very bittersweet departure and life has thrown me too many curveballs lately.

So, I'm not exactly sure yet what's going to go on with the tank.
The practice did pay for 90% of my equipment, however, I haven't once been compensated for maintaining it (strict water changes every 2 weeks as I never used the skimmer I bought for it.

Anyway, here's a photo of the tank I took today. I did already take most of the coral out and back home, as I purchased every piece. (RFAs and sexy shrimp are coming too)

I do want to add that I am, at least somewhat hopeful that they will say "oh, well no one here knows how to take care of it... You should just take it home."
They surely aren't going to want to pay a company to come out and maintain it.

Happy new year!
New year & a new start for this tank.
20230101_173245.jpg

20230102_090546.jpg

Although it took some arguing, I wasn't going to let this tank stay behind at my previous job.
I'm sad to say I lost all the fish and crabs/snails. However, I saved all the coral and RFAs.
Now that I've converted my spare room into an office, I have somewhere to set it back up!
I did have to leave some of the equipment at the office, since they did pay for much of the supplies. Luckily, I had enough extra stuff at home and I've started the new year with a new setup for an old tank!

Who will sit upon the coral throne?!
Pre 4 gal water change and light change.
20230312_154132.jpg

Was really gross in there.
20230312_161616.jpg

All clean!
Now, I need some more coral & RFAs & mini maxis.
20230313_082022.jpg

So, tenants include 2 clowns (I have a pair in all 4 tanks), coral banded shrimp, cleaner shrimp and a handful of hermits and snails.

Also, upgraded the light to the K7, I haven't played with the settings, as I can't get my wifi to connect to the light yet, but I'll play with that some more when I get home.

I don't have any that are orange and black! I think they're boring.
Felicia, in the 20g, doesn't count, she's a dragon (gold dot maroon)

Forgot to mention that the only 2 corals in there are 2 rhodactis mushrooms, both from @RiptideAquaculture.
The bare part of the bottom of the tank I want to cover with little nems (RFA/mini-maxis).
Around the base of the throne, the clam shells and little frag plates, will be a little moat of ricordeas.
As for the throne itself, I haven't a clue yet. Maybe some encrusting stuff?
Ideas are welcomed!

I moved 5 ricordea to this tank from the 110. They just weren't getting enough light down there.
One was rescued from under rock as collateral from all the rearranging And i was using an mp40 guard as a shroom cage. Worked well.
Still missing one I've been looking for (in 110) that I want desperately to find.

End of March, I added this cute mini maxi nem. I'm loving it and it's colors.

Fast forward 2 weeks, and I think the little RFA that was in there too (bottom R corner of above photo shows it looking quite unhappy).

Also, I thought new nem ate my coral banded, but they just just kidding.
20230408_184044.jpg

Did a 50% WC immediately, and all was well.

New nem and tank looking happier.
Removed the skimmer, as I started getting bad dinos, tank was running too clean.
Rics are opening back up and coloring up again.
