@pathot984 almost it’s at 1.5. I decided not to stop copper power just yet. I wanted to monitor her one more day to see if the reaction to the medicated water would get better. As for the clams and oysters.....I searched locally for the copperband with no luck all I could find was mussels. But once it started eating mysis like crazy I stopped my search. I guess I’ll start my search again. In the shell? Would mussels work?

@Waterislife no air stone yet. I’m adding that this afternoon

Copper can mess with fish appetites and it isn't uncommon for an angel to be picky when it is first introduced to an aquarium. Sometimes rubber banding nori to a rock will entice them to eat

@Waterislife Air stone added yesterday and first dose of kanaplex added.

Sadly the copperband is now showing signs of ich. Copperband is still eating very well. Both fish are very active this morning. Colors seem good. Breathing seems normal.

@pathot984 I did try a fresh mussel yesterday afternoon. Angel showed no interest and the copperband picked at it. Pulled it out after couple hours of chance.

@Old Fritz will defiantly try nori this morning.

I wouldn't concern much about the eye. Just observe it, There is a possibility that this a birth defect. as long as the eye is clear and there is no bubble inside its ok.

The eye defiantly has a bubble now.

Is this something to be overly concerned about?
