Switching from balling method to ATI Essentials Pro - help with dosing

Hi,
I'm currently using the balling method to dose alk and calcium to my tank, I'm switching to the ATI essentials pro dosing system but I'm not too sure of how my current dose converts. ATI ask if you are using the balling classic recipe or balling light recipe - I'm dosing with 29 ml/day of 84g/l sodium bicarbonate (Nyos Alkalinity+), does anyone know if this is the classic or light recipe?

If that is all you dose, it isn't any type of Balling no matter how much you dose. That additive is alkalinity only.
