So here we go....
Today update after long weekend.......
After silicone the tank, we filled 60% with fresh water. It took three hours with big time break to fill the tank.
So first fill is about 10%, after that wait for half hour for more filling.

Here is the last filled after 3 or more hours. I found little bow like 3mm to 5mm..
water stayed in for whole one night. Alhamdulillah no any single leak, and the tank is holding without eurobrace...

Joseph is tightening up bulk head with Gas Seal kit and silicone.

First Water test
After whole night fresh water stayed in the tank. As said it was totally without braces. Alhamdulillah no single leak.
So no we are draining it for bottom and upper braces.
