One of my good friend is also helping and giving us suggestion to get thing done.... this gentlemen is also the owner of ever first coral propagation farm in Saudi Arabia... Some time I will document the work done in this farm in another thread.

First hole in over flow box... it will be 1.5 x 3 for drain. 2 for normal and 1 for emergency drain.

So here we go....

Today update after long weekend.......

After silicone the tank, we filled 60% with fresh water. It took three hours with big time break to fill the tank.

So first fill is about 10%, after that wait for half hour for more filling.

As said 10% fresh water filled test. After that we waited half an hour for second fill.

40 % tank filled with fresh water. We wait for 2 hours for third fill.

Here is the last filled after 3 or more hours. I found little bow like 3mm to 5mm..

water stayed in for whole one night. Alhamdulillah no any single leak, and the tank is holding without eurobrace...

3 x 1.5inch drain. Two for normal and one for emergency drain.

Here is 1.5 x 3 bulk heads for drain.

Grey on both sides will for normal drain. White in the middle is for Emergency.

Dimension of overflow box is as below:

80cm L x 20cm H x 15cm W.

Joseph is tightening up bulk head with Gas Seal kit and silicone.

First Water test

After whole night fresh water stayed in the tank. As said it was totally without braces. Alhamdulillah no single leak.

So no we are draining it for bottom and upper braces.
