Syncing OR T247's?

Is it possible to time sync two OR lights? I am finally getting around to messing with my lights. I set the clock with the remote on both units at the same time yet they still go on and off at slightly different times. I guess it's not a huge deal just a little annoying.

I have four and they keep slightly different time. I just reset the clocks every other month or so.
