T5 Reflectors

I bought some Tek2 reflectors awhile back and was wondering how to clean them. I wiped them down with fresh water and theres stains all over them from the salt spray. How do i clean these and will the stains effect the reflectors ?

Use a mild vinegar solution, let it sit on them for a bit, then wipe them off. In my experience, not all of the stains will come out, they don't on my reflectors. I'd imagine the stains do have an effect on light reflection, but I feel the effect is probably very small.

Vinegar works. If you want to bring some of the luster back when they are badly stained, use a food safe silver polish. It shines them up nicely.

The stains are not that bad. I will try the vinegar and see what happens if that dont work i will look for a safe polish.
