T5 supplemental help

Hey all. I currently have a 40b with a viparspectra 300w. I love this cheap light. Very powerful and easy to use. However I'm wondering if its giving my coral everything they need. In hopes of better growth I was playing with the idea of putting 1 t5 fixture on the front and back of the viparspectra.

Dont get me wrong I have seen great results in growth and coloration in my corals. Just going down another rabbit hole.

What yall think?

I am not familiar with your current light, but ati has a hybrid I just got. I got the 60” and like it. It has 2 units seperated with a spot in the middle to mount the most popular led. Check ‘em out. May even be on sale now
