Tang has a weird spot but doesn’t look like Ich

So I know what Ich looks like and this doesn’t seem to be Ich. I have had the same fish for a while now and haven’t had Ich for months close to a year. My water quality seems is fine with nitrates at 5 and phosphates at 0.03 I don’t know if maybe it got stung by a coral or something but the blue tang eats none stop.

Could be a parasitic copepod

Well it disappeared? Very strange
That could mean one of two things it’s gone for good or it broke off to multiply. I may be mistaken
