Like @Bepis said it’s a vlamingi tang Naso vlamingii, or big nose unicorn tang. They get quite large up to 2ft long and therefore need huge tanks.

or a small tank and rehome to LFS for $$ when he gets to big
This course of action relies on there being tanks large enough for the fish when it’s larger. There are extremely few private aquaria in the world large enough to house such a large fish. So even if we ignore the ethical and practical concerns around rehoming, this fish is a really bad choice of one to try to rehome to the LFS when it gets large.

+1 exactly

lol thanks for the detail. I am planning to get a 360G tank and that would be the minimum for the fish

I have a 15" one and very timid and Dumb.

Getting in the ballpark, depending on dimensions. The best would be in the 10x3' range for footprint.
