Woke up and found my blue tang has an eye issue. I think this is "popeye" but am not sure. Please see pic. What is the treatment? I have doses with vitamin supplements. Does he require any medication? Thanks in advance.

I had a Thompson's tang with popeye just recently and it cleared on its own after a few weeks.

It will should clear on its own if it will clear at all. Keep the fish eating and it should be OK. I lost my Achilles to PopEye and it sucks, but his was bad.

Sometimes it just doesn't work out.

stress and dirty water will cause pop eye. Make sure your water quality is good, check your RO with a TDS meter and quality salt mixes
