TANGS - INPUT PLEASE

I am starting to gather a stocking list for my custom REEF aquarium. 560 gallons 126" x 32" x 32". I know that tang interactions are a big deal and some are meaner then others. I am planning to stock tangs first as they are herbivores and good for first fish with ZeoVit. Thank you in advance.

Looks like a good choice for tangs (different shapes or colours) to me in that size of tank! I would suggest you to make sure the gem tang is in the tank first and not added later on as this would be an expensive painful loss.

I have 3 tangs ( Hippo, scopas and Kole) and none of them were showing any agression when added to the tank towards my already established hippo.

I would suggest you to place a mirror next to the tank the first 2 days. My kole tang was attacking the new scopas. He hasn’t touched the scopas since I placed the mirror next to the tank. After 2 months they are swimming together like they are the best friends.

Haven’t really looked into it in much detail as it is a no-go in my tank, but isn’t a parrotfish an option in your tank?
