Tank and floor not level

From the front of the tank to the back it is off 0.7 degrees. So I have to lift the back of the tank a little. This is due to the floor.

Should I be concerned? Keep in mind this is a brand new tank not started yet.

Should I try to level the cabinet or just the tank sitting atop the cabinet (so underneath the tank)
