Lowell. I used to be a lot more Manly. Now, I am still Manly but I creek a lot more and am not as fast. I also have the memory of a sieve. 😬

55 years will do a lot to you. 🙄

I was born and still live in far north Idaho. I never had a desk job and we used to have real winters here but the only time i go out in 9° weather any more is to fix somebodys heat pump/furnace/boiler, and yes i whine about the cold! I hope the good news keeps coming for Dale and i am glad to hear she can laugh again.

She is sleeping but I am still praying that pain is gone. I know she gets twinges of pain and thats how it starts. She can live with twinges, as long as it doesn't go any further. 😎

It's 9 degrees here now and I am going on my dark morning beach walk.

I don't think I will see too many people. 😆
I phoned a guy at an LFS last week we were talking about snow at the time it was 8C and no snow that's about 45 F I think. It hasn't stopped blowing and snowing since > I had to with a scoop because I could not get my blower started I pushed it about30 feet to make room for the next blow . Ill trade ya. I hope the best for your Wife you both deserve a break. I'm glad I have a treadmill

my thermometer says 7°, wind chill of -2° here in western Suffolk. Can’t imagine out east by the water 🥶

My buddy is in Fairbanks AK… it’s 0° there. We are almost as cold as Alaska. Shivering thought.

😂 I crack myself up. Stay warm on your walk!

I am a little disappointed this morning. They predicted it to be 5 degrees but it is 12. A little too warm for a Manly walk. 😎

Just got back from my manly walk. -9F with a wind-chill of -29F. The dog didn't seem to mind. She's 12 years old and didn't complain.
Uh oh Paul, I think we have a man battle here! 😂

Not exactly, Rybren wins. But I don't have a dog, so I just walk on the beach because it is so Manly. 😊

Still reminds me of this picture I took from out east by you. This was February 2015.
Wow Mikey. That is so cool. I wasn't living out here then. I was in Nassau but I still used to come out here to collect water. Just not in the winter.

Very cool. I once SCUBA dove out to that oil transfer platform in the distance. 😎
