Its Funny . I have three Female cousins in the US one in Michigan, California , and NY . I have met them all , but never talked to them about politics ever or ever will what's the point . Thank you for the reply

Well Just remember which your glory hound president saying he was in it and carried out by firefighters, Ignored a lot of facts. A Lot of Canadians worked in those towers , and died . Then there's Gander where Newfoundland people took in an entire flight of Americans in and treated them like Family . Also Firefighters from here went down to help. Too bad we are where we are now
Thanks but the UK does not have a president.

September 11 Usa GIF by enCOMPASS
104 Canadians died in those Towers . We also sent Emergency responders there

I enjoy this thread because it tends to steer clear of politics and general everyday BS. It is sort of an escape from that constant onslaught.

I would prefer it stays this way.

I will never discourage honoring those we lost in pretty much any way in this world.

But I try to leave it at that.

At least, on here. This is a reefkeeping forum.

This morning I am going to be interviewed on an FM station here on Long Island. WLIW FM Southampton Long Island

It's about the "Intracept" procedure I had on my back in Nov, 2024.

My Doctor who did the procedure will also be there in the interview. I think it is sponsored by the people who "invented" the procedure.

I posted it on forums Nov 5th 2024) The Dr. burns the nerves in your lower back
(S-1) vertebrae and supposedly, they don't grow back so it is a cure.

It only works on a specific pain in that location so don't be going to your Chiropractor or brain surgeon asking them to do this.

You don't need those nerves. They are only there because when Space Aliens were designing us, they had some extra nerves, and they didn't know what to do with them so they shoved them in there just to hide them so their bosses wouldn't know they left them out. 😳

You're gonna be famous again

Are you going to tell them about your reef tank? I mean it's pertinent, because you can't maintain it when your back is shot.

Faster notice next time please. That way I can contact the sponsor or the interviewer and have them ask you on a live feed about my precious.

The interview went great and my Doctor showed up.
She is on the right and the interviewer is on the left.

Southampton if you don't know, is the wealthiest place in the US where all the Bazilionaires live. Also one of my favorites, Christie Brinkley, Billy Joel and Seinfeld, among many more. It is about a half an hour from where I live but the very wealthy status does not extend anywhere near where I live.

The station is going to send me the information where I can find the interview on line. But the thing I am excited about is that they asked me to come back in November to talk about my Vietnam Book. I didn't mention my fish book as it wouldn't be prudent at that time. Hopefully I can plug it. 😆

Well done Paul, I knew you would smash it 👏
I was interviewed last year for an online car magazine. I found it quite easy and relaxed. The interviewer asked a few questions and also joined in with my answers, stories and experiences. Bit nervous at first but the nerves soon disappeared.
Many years ago I was on a late night debating TV programme with 5 others. That was before the tinterweb was born.

Yes she is and I also don't know how she has tolerated me for 52 years. She also came to the interview but was in another room listening to it.

only 2 appearances for me. First on TV about the marine hobby before the interweb existed. The second which was recorded and broadcast on YouTube last year. This is it and if I have posted it before I apologise as I don't recall doing so, its an age thing.

Atoll, you guys talk funny. You should learn how to speak proper English. 🤣

I didn't realize they filmed my interview. I just found out
