I have our tank in the den/office area and I was wondering what would be the best way to incorporate the desk into the tank. I'm thinking of having the desk sort of surround the tank, but the issue would be maintenance. Has anyone done something similar to this? Anyone have any ideas I could steal? lol Thanks!

Hmm, kind of what I'm thinking. The tank would obviously be viewable. On top of where it is now, or where the monitors are and the desk around it. I beginning to think I tank in-wall and the desk next to the tank would be feasible. But I don't really want to tear down the wall and deal with that nonsense. Not yet anyways.

I like your tank in wall idea, it would be nice to build a "fake wall" for tank and hide all your equipments and electrical for tank behind.
The desk tank in the previous reply looks really cool too, I would just be so afraid of accidentally kick the tank and crack it!

What about the desk being on lockable casters to roll away from the tank for maintenance?
Maybe have a couple of latches to lock the desk to the wall/stand for a little extra added stability.
