Welcome!! I see some aiptasia anemones in there that you'll want to eliminate before they take over.

Yea everything seems stable what should my parameters be it has been running for about 2 months

It's a bristle worm. Not a big deal. Everyone has them.
Keep the tank clean and they won't reach plaque populations.
